Virginia R. Waldron - 315-243-1828; www.GateKeeperGuidance.com
Virginia R. Waldron is a certified consulting hypnotist. She is certified in past life regression and life between lives spiritual regression. Her specialty is age regression. This is a form of regression that guides the client into the past (be it early childhood or past lives or spiritual realms) to find the origins of the problem or difficulty. Age regression includes past life regression and life between lives regression (also know as spiritual regression). These techniques promote deep healing from within, through enhancing awareness and enlightenment, releasing emotional blocks and barriers, and forgiveness.
Past life regression is an aspect of age regression that moves the client into memories or images that may come from a previous existence or lifetime. This part of the process is client-based, determined by the client and their higher mind. Whatever belief system the client holds to, this is a powerful technique for growth and enlightenment.
Life between lives or spiritual regression is a very specialized and intense level of work. During an LBL session the client moves to a higher awareness of self in the spirit realm, working with their spirit guides and soul groups to better understand the lessons and work of their soul’s journey. It takes approximately 4 hours and brings a new level of insight and understanding to the client. It is not to be taken lightly or done without the specific training and preparation such as Virginia has received.
Virginia received her training and certification in hypnosis through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). She trained for regression work with the International
Association for Regression Research and Therapy (IARRT) and she is certified through the International Board for Regression Therapy (IBRT). She is trained and certified to work with spiritual regression work, soul journeys and life between lives throughThe Newton Institute. You will find her listed as an active member on all their websites. She works with clients individually at The RoseHeart Center and she offers classes and workshops in age regression, past life regression exploration and the life between lives experience.
Updates for Virginia
In 2010 Virginia became an NGH certified instructor in hypnosis and offers professional certification training courses in the Spring. In 2011 she received accreditation through IBRT for her professional level Past Life Regression Training Course. She will be offering training in past life regression in the Fall (October). Both of these courses are for professionals who want to bring the additional energy and focus of hypnosis and regression work into their career and/or practice. There are some requirements for the past life regression course - students must have NGH or equivalent training in hypnosis and have undergone a past life session with Virginia or another IBRT certified facilitator. Mary Gillen
Mary C. Gillen BA, RMT, Level III Usui Reiki Practitioner/Teacher is the founder of Gentle Reiki for People & Animals. She is a level II Karuna Reiki and Ama Deus practitioner and an animal communicator.
After retiring from teaching, coaching, childcare and business, Mary explored various spiritual modalities that led her full circle back to her childhood passions: animals and nature. Currently Mary is involved in the ongoing study of classical Japanese Reiki with Frans Stiene of The International House of Reiki www.reiki.org.au and animal Reiki with Kathleen Prasad founder of Animal Reiki Source (ARS) (www.animalreikisource.com) and co-founder of the Shelter Animal Reiki Association (SARA) www.shelteranimalreikiassociation.org.
Through ARS she has learned to offer Reiki in a manner that allows an animal to become part of its own healing process. It is during this process that the animal-human connection is validated and strengthened and becomes a part of healing for both. In addition to her several years of personal experience, she is completing an extensive Reiki internship with Kathleen Prasad that involves working with over fifty animals and their human companions, children as well as adults.
Mary conducts classical Japanese Reiki & Animal Reiki classes, for levels I, II and III at Divine Nature Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at BMR Acres, Canastota, NY, a SARA member facility, www.bmrdivinenature.com, The RoseHeart Center, Fayetteville, NY www.theroseheartcenter.com and at her home in Mexico, NY.

Laura is a licensed massage therapist, reiki master, and craniosacral bodywork practitioner. Laura studied craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute in New York City. Her goal is to provide healing to the public through massage therapy and energy work; and to promote a patient-centered holistic approach to wellness. She believes in helping her patients find the internal balance that allows the body to heal itself. Beginning in November, Laura will offer Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, IET (Integrated Energy Therapy), and cranialsacral bodywork or therapy.
Craniosacral bodywork or therapy is an alternative method used by healers such as osteopaths, massage therapists, and chiropractors. In a craniosacral session the therapist gently works with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia to ease the nerve passages and optimizing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord, and restoring misaligned bones to their proper position. Craniosacral therapy is helpful to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
Laura also offers Hot Stone Therapy at RoseHeart! This amazing techniques is exactly what it says - hot stones - and is truly a powerful healing modality! Call Laura today to make your appointment!

Cindy refers to what she does as Spirited Life & Wellness Coaching for Equines/Equestrians, a unique blend of professional coaching, equine expertise, and shamanic practice combined to help clients make changes and achieve life goals -- with their horses, their health, or other life issues. She offers Life & Wellness Coaching, Equine Wellness Consultations, Shamanic Counseling, and Shamanic Healing for humans, horses, and other pets.
Cindy holds degrees in both Equine Science and Education. She has experience as an assistant trainer at a Percheron horse farm and worked briefly as a veterinary technician at a local practice before obtaining her B.S. in Education from Cortland College and her New York State teaching certification. Cindy has been in the horse industry for almost 30 years as a professional trainer, riding instructor, and, more recently, a show judge. As a former classroom teacher, lifelong learning is important to her, and she strives to remain current in her field, completing several certificate courses taught by Eleanor M. Kellon, VMD, in such subjects as Equine Cushing’s Disease and Insulin Resistance, Nutrition as Therapy, Arthritis and Other Lamenesses, and Caring for the Older Horse.
Cindy became interested in traditional healing methods for both humans and horses over 15 years ago. Although she had been studying herbs for healing on her own for many years, in 2006 she became a formal student in the Family Herbalist Program at Clayton College of Natural Health. She is an ordained minister, and has spent a lifetime studying the ways of Nature and Spirit, becoming increasingly aware
that balance between body, mind, and spirit is essential to achieving complete wellness. She is trained in the way of the shaman, and continues to develop in shamanic healing and shamanic counseling through workshops and seminars presented by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and the Society for Shamanic Practitioners, as well as other venues. She has apprenticed an Amazonian shamana, and has also found a special affinity to ancient Celtic and some Native American shamanic practices – no surprise, as these are her ancestral cultures. She also trained for several years in Aikido, a strictly defensive Japanese martial art, and was greatly influenced by the philosophy of the “Way of Harmony.”
Responding to an inner call to assist her fellow humans as well as the horses she loves, she completed nearly 100 hours of professional health coach training. She continues to develop her coaching skills, having recently completed a webinar in Neuro-linguistic Programming with Paul Sheele as well as a course for coaches called “Taming Your Gremlin: Mastering Your Craft” with Rick Carson. She is working toward her hypnosis certification with Virginia Waldron of the Roseheart Center this Spring.
Cindy may be contacted through her website, www.blackhorseconsulting.com, or by telephone at 315-289-2030. Office hours are by appointment only.
