RoseHeart Meditation Circle
The RoseHeart Meditation Circle is open to any who wish to join us, beginners and those who have some experience with meditation and those who just want to know more about it.
Meditation is increasingly recommended for relaxation, for well-being, to increase performance in sports and business, for personal growth, and to assist healing. Various forms of meditation can be used to work with our emotions, aid healing, manage pain, or as a spiritual practice.
Our next meditation circle will be Friday, October 26th at 6:30.
This is a free event, although a $5 donation is always welcome. It is wise to call ahead of time to make sure there have been no changes - 315-243-1828.
Meditation is a path we can pursue and refine throughout our lives. Drawing on modern science as well as ancient Eastern traditions and the authors own extensive personal experience as practitioners and teachers, meditaiton is a valuable practice for anyone who wants to establish, enhance or regain their inner balance and connection with their higher awareness.
Sometimes the daily grind or modern lives can interfere with a regular meditation practice. A continued and regular mediation practice offers the best results, and working with others can offer support, encourage and inspire focus - benefits of a good connection with kindred spirits.
There are manifold physical and psychological benefits from meditation -- lower blood pressure, pain management, riddance of bad habits or negative thought patterns, etc. -- and each positive outcome creates a healthy mind-body ripple effect that radiates understanding, compassion and love for others.
Regardless of religious beliefs or life situations, meditation brings a deep inner sense of peace and well-being.
